앱에서 직접 삭제하기
- 앱을 열고 설정 → 클라우드 백업으로 이동합니다.
- 계정 삭제를 누르고 확인합니다.
클라우드에 저장된 모든 백업(메모·폴더)과 로그인 계정이 즉시 삭제됩니다. 기기에 저장된 메모는 삭제되지 않습니다.
앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우
로그인에 사용한 Google 계정 이메일을 적어 tmsaeapp@gmail.com으로 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리하고 결과를 회신합니다.
삭제되는 데이터와 보관 기간
- 삭제: 로그인 계정 정보(이메일, 사용자 ID), 클라우드에 백업된 메모와 폴더 전체
- 보관하지 않음: 삭제 요청 처리 후 클라우드 백업 데이터는 별도로 보관하지 않습니다.
- 별도 관리: 광고 제거 구매 내역은 Google Play에서 관리되며 이 삭제 절차로 취소되지 않습니다.

In the app
- Open the app and go to Settings → Cloud backup.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
All cloud backups (notes and folders) and your sign-in account are deleted immediately. Notes stored on your device are not affected.
If you can't use the app
Email tmsaeapp@gmail.com with the Google account email you signed in with. We will verify and complete the deletion within 7 business days.
What is deleted
- Deleted: sign-in account data (email, user ID) and all notes and folders backed up to the cloud.
- Not retained: cloud backup data is not kept after deletion.
- Managed separately: ad-free purchases are managed by Google Play and are not cancelled by this process.
